The torsion arm of the axle assembly was made too small for its housing, and as a result, the torsion arm, spindle, and tire and wheel assemblies may detach from the trailer.

Remedy

Jumping Jack will notify owners and provide a free replacement torsion axle. Owners can either preform the repair themselves or, if needed, Jumping Jack will assist owners to find a repair shop. Repairs will be made free of charge. The recall began on October 17, 2016. Owners may contact Jumping Jack customer service at 1-801-520-5310.
