Incorrect rim flap has been installed which allows the inner tube to protrude through the rim valve opening and cause a chafing condition

Defect summary

AN INCORRECT RIM FLAP HAS BEEN INSTALLED WHICH ALLOWS THE INNER TUBE TO PROTRUDE THROUGH THE RIM VALVE OPENING AND CAUSE A CHAFING CONDITION. THIS COULD LEAD TO RAPID LOSS OF AIR FROM THE TIRE.

Remedy

DEALER WILL INSTALL THE CORRECT RIM FLAP WITHOUT CHARGE.
