Defect summary

INCORRECT SIZE AIR BRAKE ACTUATOR CHAMBERS WERE INSTALLED ON THE DRIVE AXLES.

Consequence

THIS COULD RESULT IN INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCE.

Remedy

REPLACE DRIVE AXLE BRAKE CHAMBERS WITH CORRECT SIZE CHAMBERS.
