Top weld on pintle hook crosstube assembly may have been omitted

Defect summary

THE TOP WELD ON PINTLE HOOK CROSSTUBE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED.

Consequence

MISSING WELD COULD CAUSE THE PINTLE HOOK MOUNT TUBETO BECOME DETACHED FROM THE TRAILER DURING OVER-THE-ROAD OPERATIONS, WHICH COULDRESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.

Remedy

APPLY ANY MISSING WELDS.
