Consequence

DECREASED BRAKE EFFICIENCY COULD CAUSE INCREASED STOPPINGDISTANCES, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

Remedy

A RETROFIT KIT IS TO BE INSTALLED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM WITH THE ATTACHMENT BRACKETS.
