THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PULL THE VEHICLE OVER AND TIED THE SPARE TIRE RACK ON THE FRAME AS AN INTERIM REPAIR. THE CONTACT ALSO CHANGED THE TIRE ON THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER ALSO CAUSED AN ELECTRICAL SHORT WHILE OPERATING THE MOTOR HOME. THE TRAILER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH THE DEALER, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE ON THE TRAILER WAS 700.
