THE VEHICLE'S BOSH BRAKES FAILED PRIOR TO RECALL NOTIFICATION 02V27800. *NM RECALL CAMPAIGN; ON BOSH BRAKES. THE CONSUMERS BRAKES AND WHEELS COMPLETELY FROZE ON ONE FRONT WHEEL. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOUND ALL FOUR ROTORS, CALIPERS, AND PADS WERE WARPED AND SCORED WITH LESS THAN 5000 MILES OF USAGE. *TC *JB
