PCV fails prematurely, the car makes a high pitch noise and check engine light comes on. Car stalls making it dangerous to drive since it's not responsive as originally designed.
NHTSA complaint 11718268I was driving down the highway, doing the speed limit, when my moonroof suddenly exploded. Luckily, the shade was drawn. But, if it had been open, I could have been seriously injured. There was no projectile, nothing fell and hit the window. On inspection of the roof after I safely made it home, the glass was bowing upward. Prior to the incident, the appearance of the glass was completely normal - ie. no scratches, dings, cracks. There was no indication that something might be wrong with the glass.
