    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CARADO BANFF MOTORHOME. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE DRAWERS OPENED AND MADE NOISES. IN ADDITION, THE DOORS DID NOT LOCK, THE HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK ALL THE TIME, A SIREN SOUNDED, AND THE DOOR AJAR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. FURTHERMORE, THE SEATS DID NOT TURN AROUND AS INTENDED AND THE SEAT BELTS DID NOT BUCKLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MIKE THOMPSON'S RV SUPERSTORE (909-318-2175, LOCATED AT 902 RV CENTER DR, COLTON, CA 92324) WHERE IT WAS STATED THAT THERE WAS NO WARRANTY AND THE FACILITY DID NOT PERFORM REPAIRS. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO MOSS BROS. CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (909)-884-8255, LOCATED AT 1100 S E ST, SAN BERNARDINO, CA 92408) WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REPAIRS WOULD BE PERFORMED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO MIKE THOMPSON'S RV SUPERSTORE AND INSISTED ON A BUY BACK. THE DEALER DID NOT BUY BACK THE VEHICLE, BUT AGREED TO REPAIR THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED WITHIN SIX MONTHS, BUT THE FAILURES RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES AND DID NOT RETURN THE CONTACT'S CALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 300.
