    LETTER FROM CONGRESSMAN ROSS ON BEHALF OF CONSTITUENT RE SAFETY CONCERN WITH COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VEHICLE AND VEHICLE COMPONENTS. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE'S AXLES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE AXLE ENDS WERE DISCONTINUED IN 2009 AND THAT THE UNITS WOULD CATCH FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. THE CONSUMER HAD POSSESSION OF THE AXLES THAT WERE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE. *JS
