    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 RV CROSSROADS CRUISER. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 08V370000 (EQUIPMENT, RECREATIONAL VEHICLE). THE DEALER STATED THAT HE COULD NOT REPLACE THE BOILER TUBE HOWEVER, HE WOULD INSTALL A SAFETY SHIELD ON THE REFRIGERATOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
