CONSUMER RECEIVED RECALL 99V360000 IN MAY 30,2000, AND HAS CONTACTED DEALER 3 TIMES . CONSUMER WAS TOLD BY DEALER THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM RECALL REPAIRS, AND DID NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD HAVE IT AVAILABLE . IN MEANTIME CONSUMER HAS UNSAFE MOTORCYCLE. RECALL NOT PERFORMED IN TIMELY MANNER.*AK
