The contact owns a 2016 Genesis Supreme trailer. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed that the driver’s and passenger’s side sub frame spring hanger wells had cracks and holes in the body of the trailer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
