The contact owns a 2022 Entegra Cornerstone hauled by a 2022 Spartan Motorhome. The contact stated that while traveling at 59 MPH, the tire pressure monitoring screen indicated that one of the outer passenger’s side rear tires needed service. The contact took the vehicle to National Indoor RV Centers (11280 N Solar Canyon Way, Surprise, AZ 85379) for service. In spite of the service repair, the failure remained. The manufacturer was then notified of the failure and referred him to Velocity Truck Centers – Tolleson (9899 W Roosevelt St, Tolleson, AZ 853530 for assistance. In spite of the referral, the tire pressure monitoring system for the passenger’s side rear outer tire remained defective. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 1,800.
