TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 EVERGREEN AMPED TRAILER. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY A THIRD PARTY (RV MEMBERSHIP) THAT HER VEHICLE/TRAILER WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V032000 (EQUIPMENT). AFTER READING THE NHTSA RECALL INFORMATION, THE CONTACT LEARNED THAT THE MANUFACTURER'S PHONE NUMBER WAS OUT OF SERVICE AND THE EMAIL WAS RETURNED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS OUT OF BUSINESS. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED NOR MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE UPDATED 08/17/17*LJ *DT *TR
