Parking Brake and Auxiliary Board are have been recalled since 2011 and 2013, respectively. Neither the manufacturer, Waev, nor my referred dealer, Energy Products (Warren, Michigan), are responding adequately to multiple requests to resolve these recalls since April 2024. These are safety recalls that need to be enforced. I need for the NHTSA to investigate both the manufacturer and dealer for their wrongdoings in this matter.
NHTSA complaint 11613355The control board has failed. Car will not run. GEM manufacturer and local Las Vegas dealer will not do the recall work. Say it is too old. We are unsure if the parking break is working properly.
NHTSA complaint 11457287Technical service bulletins and other notices the manufacturer sent to dealers. A bulletin is not a recall.
