WHILE TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY AFTER CRESTING A LARGE HILL THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER ASSIST TO THE STEERING AND BREAK SYSTEMS CAUSING VEHICLE TO DESCEND THE HILL AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED 90+MPH. THE STEERING WHEEL WAS LOCKED AND THE BREAK PEDAL WAS STUCK IN THE HIGH POSITION (E.G. NO PLAY IN PEDAL) I WAS ABLE TO SAFELY REMOVE THE VEHICLE FROM THE ROADWAY WITHOUT INCIDENT.
