GMC SENT A RECALL LETTER IN FEBRUARY 2003 AND STATED WIPERS FOR GMC TRUCKS WOULD STOP WORKING INTERMITTENTLY. THE LETTER ALSO STATED IF YOU HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A GMC DEALER FOR REPAIRS AT NO COST TO YOU. THE LETTER DID NOT REQUIRE THE REPAIR BE DONE, ONLY INDICATED IF YOU HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. I NEVER HAD THE ITERMITTENT PROBLEM, MY WIPERS STOPPED WITH NO WARNING IN FEBRUARY 2005.
