Was riding motorcycle down road approx 45mph when noticed smoke coming from bike in side mirror. Found safe place to pull over and noticed oil leaking all down motor and right side of bike could have gotten on rear tire or brakes and caused loss of control over motorcycle.
NHTSA complaint 11763910Bike and driver went through curve and crashed into an unoccupied empty house. There were no signs of braking. The accident happened at approximately 9:00pm. The bike is at the insurance lot. The insurance is supposed to be checking the bike and recreating the accident. Driver was a healthy 26 year old male.
