    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 HIGHLAND RIDGE OPEN RANGE LIGHT 275RLS TRAVEL TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDE FAILED TO RETRACT AND CLOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BIG DADDY RVS( 325 COUNTY FARM RD, LONDON, KY 40741; (855) 460-1013) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FLOOR WAS NOT BOLTED TO THE FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED HOWEVER NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. ## VIN FAILED ## HIGHLAND RIDGE OPEN RANGE LIGHT 275RLS 2020 ##
