DOMESTIC REFRIGERATOR LIGHT STAYS ON WHEN DOOR IS CLOSED. HOT ENOUGH TO MELT THE BUTTER IN PLASTIC TUB IN ABOUT 1 HOUR. FIRE HAZARD DUE TO HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 12 VOLT LIGHT BULB. REFRIGERATOR MADE IN YEAR 2016. MANUFACTURER #958530288, MODEL # DM2652LBFX, SER #61095717. WE DROVE FOR,ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO IN OUR MOTORHOME AND STOPPED FOR LUNCH AT A HIGHWAY REST AREA. TOOK SANDWICH MAKINGS OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR AND WHEN OPENED, MELTED BUTTER SPILLED OUT ON THE TABLE. THE CONTAINER WAS WARM BUT NOT YET MELTED OR BURNED. PLACED CELL PHONE IN REFRIGERATOR IN MOVIE MODE AND FOUND THAT THE REFRIGERATOR LIGHT STAYS ON NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES IT IS CLOSED OR HOW HARD IT IS PUSHED SHUT. POTENTIAL FOR FIRE IS GREAT. HAD TO REMOVE 12 VOLT LIGHT BULB.
