HAPPENS WHEN VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, HAPPENS IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC, HAPPENS COMING OUT OF TURNS,ALSO IN STRAIGHT LINE MOTION. POSES A SAFETY RISK SUCH AS WHEN ENTERING AN INTERSECTION AND NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCELERATE THROUGH THE INTERSECTION TO AVOID COLLISION WITH OTHER VEHICLES CROSSING THAT INTERSECTION.
