TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 INDIAN SPRINGFIELD DARK HORSE MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE STALLED AT VARIOUS SPEEDS INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT CONTACTED MOTORCYCLES OF DULLES LOCATED AT 22890 QUICKSILVER DR, SUITE. 189, DULLES, VA 20166, 703-330-1200, AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE NEEDED A STAGE THREE BIG BOARD KIT UPGRADE TO THE ENGINE. THE SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS PERFORMED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OPENED A CASE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 500.
