The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear passenger's side window trim was flapping and had partially detached. Additionally, there was an unknown rear seat belt message displayed while starting and driving the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who determined that the rear passenger's side window trim needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V642000 (Structure); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
