    LEFT FRONT TIRE BLEW OUT ON THE SIDE WALL OF A MOTOR-HOME PURCHASED A MONTH EARLIER AND HAD PASSED THE PA DOT SAFETY INSPECTION. UPON INSPECTION BY THE ROAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN THE TIRE WAS OVER 14 YEARS OLD AS WAS THE NEVER USED SPARE THAT HE MOUNTED. LAWS SHOULD BE MADE REGARDING TIRE AGE. *TR
