TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2001 SETRA S217 BUS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS; THERE WAS AN EXCESSIVE VIBRATION. THE DRIVER PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE REAR PASSENGER AXLE BROKE IN HALF. THE TAG TIRE WENT UNDERNEATH THE BUS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTION. THE CONTACT HAD CONCERN OF THE SAFETY RISK INVOLVED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 418,680. JS UPDATED 2/26/10 *CN THE AXLE BROKE DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUST. UPDATED 10/04/10
