I HAVE A SAFETY RECALL FOR MY TRAILER FOR THE DEADBOLT CYLINDERS (NHTSA #13E039). I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED FASTEC TO GET NEEDED REPAIR PART WITH NO REPLY OR CALL BACK. NOT SURE WHAT I CAN DO FOR THEM TO FIX THIS ISSUE. *TR
