    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 TEREZ XT55 EQUIPPED WITH A HI RANGER BOOM, SERIAL NUMBER: 1990508882. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO UTILIZE THE HI RANGER BOOM, THE BRACKET FAILED. THE UNIT WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BOOM FAILED AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN.
