TCI MADE MANY OTHER MODELS OF SCHOOL BUS WITHOUT WEIGHT ANALYSIS PRIOR TO MANUFACTURE. ANY MODEL OF BUS FROM THEM BETWEEN 2004 - 2015 THAT SPECIFIES IT CAN CARRY ABOVE 31 PASSENGERS IS IN VIOLATION OF TIRE & AXLE OVERLOADING FOR THE REAR AXLE. MANY VEHICLES DO NOT NEED TO REACH 31 TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THIS.
