THE WIFI EXTENDER ROUTER CABLE IS PLUGGED INTO THE INCORRECT PORT ON THE ROUTER THAT IS INSTALLED ON THE WALL. THE CABLE IS CURRENTLY IN THE POE PORT AND SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE ETHERNET PORT. AFFECTS 2018 SERENITY S24CB & 2018 WONDER (ALL MODELS)

WiFi Extender router cable plugged into inccorect port. The cable should be plugged into the POE port not the Ethernet port.
