The motorcycle was delivery on my address at [XXX] on following saturday 01st of march 2025. The dealer never performed the Recall issued by the manufacturer "Safety Recall Action Notice SB 617 Issue 1 02/2024"issue on february 2024 ( one year before my purchase. The dealer also never mentioned such recall to me and exposed myself and others on the streets to risk of the failure of the parts associated with the recall. After almost a week using the motorcycle the Dealer contacted me and informed me that my motorcycle might be affected by the recall. The recall clearly states that "STOP DELIVERY OF AFFECTED MOTORCYCLES IMMEDIATELY." Altough this Dealer are not following the manufacturer instructions endangering the lifes of the public.
