    The contact owns a 2013 Irbitski Mototsicletny Zavod Ural Gear Up Motorcycle. The contact stated while riding at approximately 20 MPH the side car rim cracked and cause the tire to disintegrate. The contact was able to pull over safely, stop, and change the tire. The contact took the motorcycle to a certified mechanic who determined that the side car tire and rim needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the mechanic informed him that the rim failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V507000 (Wheels). The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,206.
