TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 LEONARD UTILITY TRAILER, MODEL NUMBER: TRLU-6414LEO-252 (N/A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAULING THE TRAILER, THE RAMP ERRONEOUSLY RELEASED. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE RAMP WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE.
