TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 YAMAHA MT07 MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 20-30 MPH IN FIRST GEAR, THE ENGINE REVVED AND THE THROTTLE BECAME STUCK OPEN. THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE AS A RESULT HE FELL TO THE STREET, SUSTAINING BACK INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 187.
