TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HARLEY-DAVIDSON TRI GLIDE (NA) EQUIPPED WITH DUNLOP SIGNATURE (NA) TIRES, SIZE: PS05/65R15 (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH ALL SEASON TIRES, WHICH PROVIDED LITTLE TO NO TRACTION DURING THE RAIN. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE REAR OF THE MOTORCYCLE BEGAN TO GLIDE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. THE MOTORCYCLE SPUN AROUND WHILE THE TIRES BECAME INOPERABLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ONLY WHEN IT WAS RAINING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRE AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
