TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HIGHLAND RIDGE OPEN RANGE 3X359RLS (NA) TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS ATTACHED TO A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE SLIDE OUT TRAY WITHIN THE RAILING THAT HELD THE DECK FRACTURED FROM THE TRACK. THE E WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
