NHTSA complaint 11715206Steering intermittently goes into a shake/ shimmy at various speeds, frequently on curves. Steering wheel will shake and occasionally it gets intense enough for items in the cab of the truck to shake violently. Symptoms match NHTSA document IK0500038. 2 dealerships have been innefectual in addressing the issues. The problem started around 42,000 miles and persists currently at 71,000 miles. The truck has been back multiple times for this issue and is now up to 6 weeks of down time with no improvement. None of the International dealers have voluntarily given me any documentation to keep for my records.
