The RV awning is separating at the seams on all 4 corners. If the awning continues to fall apart at the seam, it could cause the awning to fall or not roll in correctly and while traveling down the road it can become loose. It has been taken to a dealer and the confirmed it is coming apart at the seams. It has not been inspected by anyone else.
NHTSA complaint 11535390The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Eagle. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V049000 (Structure). The contact called the dealer where he purchased the vehicle and the dealer had not returned the call to schedule an appointment. The contact then called two other RV dealers, Kunes RV of Stoughton West (1842 Co Hwy MM, Oregon, WI 53575) and Willies RV (8234 WI-64, Bloomer, WI 54724) but offered no assistance. The manufacturer was also notified of the issue but offered no assistance. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
