TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 KEYSTONE RESIDENCE TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS SMOKE PRESENT INSIDE OF THE TRAILER FROM THE ELECTRIC FIREPLACE. THE CONTACT SHUT THE UNIT OFF BY UNPLUGGING IT. NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE TRAILER WAS EQUIPPED WITH A GREY STONE ELECTRIC FIRE PLACE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED DUE TO THE UNIT BEING OUT OF WARRANTY.
