TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 KEYSTONE SPRINTER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE APPROXIMATELY TEN MONTHS AGO, BUT HE LOST THE LETTER. HE FOUND THE LETTER AND CALLED DOMETIC, BUT WAS INFORMED THAT HE NEEDED A NEW REFRIGERATOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE COOLANT WAS LEAKING AS STATED IN THE RECALL. THE KEYSTONE SPRINTER IS A PULL BEHIND TRAILER; THEREFORE, THERE WAS NO VIN OR FAILURE MILEAGE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE RECALL NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN.
