CABIN DOOR LATCHES COME OPEN WITHOUT WARNING. THE MIDDLE THRU BOLT FOR THE LATCH LOOSENS, CAUSING EXCESSIVE WEAR AND LOOSENING OF THE LATCH MECHANISM, AND ALSO CAUSING THE LATCH TO FAIL TO SECURE THE DOOR.
