USED RECTANGULAR HOLE IN CENTER OF FRONT BUMPER TO STEP UP TO GRIP HOOD TO OPEN IT. SHOE STAYED CAUGHT IN HOLE WHEN I STEPPED DOWN, CAUSING ME TO FALL BACKWARD AND BREAK TWO BONES. SHOE HEIGHT AT BALL OF FOOT IS 3 INCHES. HOLE HEIGHT IS 3 INCHES. HAVE OTHERS BEEN HURT IN THIS WAY? HAS MACK CHANGED THE HOLE? *JB
