TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 MACK GU713. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF A MANUFACTURER RECALL PERTAINING TO THE STRUCTURE OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THE CONTACT ALSO MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH THE MANUFACTURER TO DETERMINE WHEN THE REMEDY AND PARTS WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
