TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 MCI E4500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V498000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE CONTACT NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO DIRECT THE CONTACT IN ORDER TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. IN MAY 2011, THE CONTACTS VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE BECAUSE OF THE EQUALIZER IN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT REPAIRED THE VEHICLE DAMAGE AT HIS OWN EXPENSE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 350,000 MILES.
