Trailer recognition module shows fault B164213, "The output for the left rear turn signal lamp has a malfunction. There is an open circuit." The vehicle has 77,488 miles.
NHTSA complaint 11765527The vehicle is shifting into neutral when putting it into drive. I was told the transmission valve body broke and transmission control unit for 9-speed transmission (VGS) has to be replaced. The fault codes include P073E00, gear cannot be engaged, and U012600, Communication with the steering column module has a malfunction. The vehicle only has 77,488 miles on it.

The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear passenger’s side tire inadvertently exploded. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The tire failure mileage was 12,000. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 86,000. The VIN was not available.

After restarting the vehicle, the vehicle operated normally. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was later taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the fuel pumps were faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. I HAVE JUMPED A CURB, HAD THE VEHICLE HESITATE WHEN MERGING IN TRAFFIC AS WELL AS WHEN MAKING A TURN. IT IS A SAFETY PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED AS IT CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.
