    2020 KEYSTONE ASPEN TRAIL. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO SAFETY RECALL 21V-708. THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER CHARGED FOR REPAIRING THE PROPANE ISSUE WITH THE REFIGERATOR. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THE REPAIR COST SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER THE RECALL.
