    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 KEYSTONE BULLET. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOORBOARDS WERE ROTTING DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. THE CONTACT CALLED TERRYTOWN RV SUPERSTORE (7145 DIVISION AVE S, GRAND RAPIDS, MI 49548; (616) 455-5590) AND NOTIFIED THE DEALER OF THE FAILURE. THE RV HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE.
