    The contact owns a 2015 Lexus RC. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to a dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V222000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The contact stated that the recall repair was not properly performed, and the vehicle had to be taken back to the dealer five times. The vehicle was then taken to another dealer, where the technicians confirmed that the recall repair was performed incorrectly due to the O-rings being improperly installed. After the recall repair, the check engine warning light and the traction control warning light illuminated. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 61,000.

    Fuel is leaking from high-pressure fuel pump seeping from the fuel pump. The fuel pump was split in half gas was covering everything. As you can see in the photos, fuel is squirting out of the fuel pump.

    Carvana sold me this vehicle as with 44850 miles on the odometer. The vehicle true odometer reading is close to 189500. The odometer has been altered and Carvana knew it was not the true odometer reading.

    The contact owns a 2015 Lexus RC 350. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, it ran for a short while before suddenly hesitating and stalling. All attempts to restart the vehicle failed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related it to NHTSA Campaign Number 20V012000 (Fuel System, Gasoline), but the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 110,000.
