The contact stated that while having the car washed, she noticed that the driver's side front and rear tires had a bubble on the sidewall. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 48,000.

The contact stated while driving at highway speeds exceeding 50 MPH, the vehicle failed to slow down when the accelerator pedal was released.
