    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 KEYSTONE ALPINE FIFTH WHEEL CAMPER RV EQUIPPED WITH POWER KING TOWMAX TIRES, SIZE ST/235/80/R16. THE TIRES WERE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED WITH THE VEHICLE ON OCTOBER 12, 2010. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN FOR A TIRE BALANCE WHEN ADVISED THAT TH TIRES COULD NOT BE BALANCED BECAUSE ALL FOUR TIRES BELTS WERE SEPARATING. THE CONTACT THEN PURCHASED FOUR REPLACEMENT TIRES. SHE CONTACTED THE TIRE COMPANY AND THEY ADVISED HER THAT THEY WOULD REIMBURSE HER $60 PER TIRE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 500.
